Training

We’ll make sure you receive an individually tailored training and induction plan – one that takes your experience to-date into consideration and that’s designed to suit the way you like to learn.

Put simply, there are individual learning units for you to work through, each of which you can spend as long (or more importantly, short) a time on as you see fit. Plus the induction is primarily field-based (with a maximum of only seven days away), so we’re talking hands-on, real life learning here.

Basically what we’re saying is, you could be client facing and selling within as little as six weeks.
